Hi there,
So happy you made it here. If you're reading this, I'm guessing you might be feeling the pull towards more regulation, a life of ease and alignment. If so, you're in exactly the right place.
I wasn't always in alignment — and sometimes I'm still not, because that's part of being human.
After burnout and years of perfectionism landed me in hospital in 2019, I went on a journey of discovery that changed everything. Yoga pulled me through my recovery. Reiki opened my eyes to the energy body. Years of teaching internationally, from corporate groups to 1:1 private sessions has showed me that most people are seeking the same thing — to feel good in their body, calm in their mind and at peace with their life.
What I've learned is that alignment isn't one thing. It's physical, mental and energetic. It also doesn't have to be complicated or time consuming — it just has to be consistent.
That's why I built align. Practices that are short, accessible and designed to meet you wherever you are, whenever you need them.
